Bio

I'm Šemsudin — most people write it "Semsudin" — a Sarajevo-based AI Systems Architect and Principal QA/DevOps engineer. Eleven years in, I've specialized in the narrow band where AI ambition meets production reality.

My work lives inside client engagements, not job titles. Seven years across four distinct projects at Alfa Laval — scaling from an automation rescue on Anytime to architect of their flagship GenAI platform Alva. QA transformation at APCOA. Two back-to-back automation engagements at ERS. Foundational suites at SPACE Sweden. Most recently, 1000+ tests and AI-driven QA agents at Mars Petcare.

The through-line: I don't just build things. I build things that survive the transition to production, to ops, to the next engineer on the team. The QA brain is the secret weapon behind the AI architecture.

The arc

From test cases to multi-agent systems.

  1. 2014 First QA engagements. ISTQB Foundation certified. Shipped frameworks for a multi-billion-dollar real estate platform.
  2. 2018 Started Alfa Laval Anytime — rescued a legacy automation stack. Stability +300%, execution speed +750%.
  3. 2019 SPACE Sweden — foundational web + mobile automation for a gaming rental platform.
  4. 2021 Alfa Laval OneIB — built the C# / Playwright reference framework still used cross-org.
  5. 2022 Alfa Laval AzSupport — DevSecOps pipelines. SAFe 5 Agilist. LinkedIn C# assessment top 5%.
  6. 2023 APCOA core — QA transformation across microservices, led the team. Founded Qafana.
  7. 2024 ERS Core + Cyprus — Cypress framework shipping across multiple countries. Started on Alva / Alfabeta at Alfa Laval.
